Before the tenancy starts (payable to Jeremy Leaf & Co.)

Reservation Fee:
1 week’s rent (this payment will form part of the first month’s rent)

Security Deposit:
5 weeks’ rent for Annual rental income less than £50,000
6 weeks’ rent for Annual rental income more than £50,000

During the tenancy (payable to Jeremy Leaf & Co.)

Variation of contract when requested by the tenant - £50 inclusive of VAT or reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Change of sharer when requested by the tenant - £50 inclusive of VAT or reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.

Payments associated with early Surrender of the Tenancy when requested by the Tenant. An amount not to exceed any loss the Landlord may incur.
