From the time of arranging the initial viewing of the property until the keys are handed over to you, we will guide you through the whole process step by step. No matter if your moving date is in a few days or a couple of months away, we will ensure that the pre-tenancy process is completed smoothly and that your new home is ready for occupation on time. Our negotiators are happy to answer all the queries you may have during the process – we are here 6 days a week and are known for responding promptly!

We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA/Propertymark), Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA/Propertymark) and The Property Ombudsman. Furthermore, rest assured, your money is in safe hands as all our dealings with client money is strictly governed through our membership with RICS. We have also partnered with flatfair, a nil-deposit option – so instead of paying a traditional deposit, you will be paying a one-off fee equal to one week’s rent + VAT which significantly lowers your moving costs. If the property is managed on behalf of the landlord, any problems which may occur during your tenancy will be dealt with efficiently by our dedicated Property Management team.
