Senior Sales Negotiator

OTE £35kpa to £40kpa

We are an independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors established for more than forty years, very well known in Finchley and surrounding areas of North London, dealing with existing and new homes. We aim to fill the vacancy immediately and are offering a uniquely rewarding career opportunity with an excellent commission package + bonus.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will deal with all aspects of sales that revolve around a busy Estate Agency and as the role is very engaging, it will suit someone who likes to be kept busy, is hardworking and target driven.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Negotiator has responsibility for the following:

  • Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out viewings with potential buyers
  • Negotiating with potential sellers and buyers
  • Following up business leads etc.

Required Knowledge, Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Persuasive nature
  • Hard working and target driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a friendly nature  
  • Problem solving
  • Car owner with clean driving license.

The East Finchley office consists of 5 staff members (Lettings, Sales, Property Management). The office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday from 09:30am to 4:00pm (a day of lieu will be given for each Saturday worked).
