We can offer ‘open house,’ ‘home staging’ or ‘off market’ sales to pre-registered proceedable buyers.
Sellers have a single point of contact with a manager of over 20 years’ local experience including appraisal, marketing, viewing and feedback, offer as well as conduct of the sale through to completion.
Our negotiating experience, added to long-standing contacts with solicitors, lenders, mortgage brokers and surveyors is paramount. We specialise in handling problems if they arise.
Jeremy Leaf & Co. are independent RICS, NAEA and ARLA qualified estate agents, who keep to strictest industry rules. All offers are submitted asap and in writing. We NEVER insist buyers use particular solicitors and mortgage brokers, or put a dependant sale on the market with us.
We don’t use sole selling rights contracts where commission has to be paid even if the property is sold to someone we did not introduce. Nor are our agreements of unreasonable length which include long notice periods or withdrawal penalties.
We know that if we offered poor service, our reputation would suffer and we would find it difficult to survive. Maybe that’s why we’ve been around for so long?!
