The team will also assist with all matters that may arise during the busy pre-tenancy period. The combination of our quick problem-solving skills and great rapport with trustworthy and reliable contractors, will ensure that the property is ready for occupation on time. 

Any prospective tenancy is subject to comprehensive reference checks which are verified by FCC Paragon, a market leader for tenant referencing and we offer Rent Protection Insurance as an additional safeguard. We have also partnered with flatfair, a zero-deposit insurance option, offering up to 10 weeks’ rent protection for landlords.

We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and the Property Ombudsman (TPO). Naturally, we work to the highest professional standards, adhere to a strict code of practice and guarantee that all client money is always safe with us under the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
