Management only - 7.2% Including VAT
Rent Collection only - 4% Including VAT

ADDITIONAL NON-OPTIONAL FEES AND CHARGES:
 

Renewal Fee - 7.2% Including VAT

A renewal fee is due if the tenant or anyone associated with the tenant continues to reside in the property after the original 

tenancy term ceases. The fee is due irrespective of the level of service. 

 

Legal Certificates, Inventory and Rent Guarantee:

Inventory and Electrical Installation Condition Report: Prices are dependent on the number of bedrooms and size of property. Price will be quoted upon request. 

Gas Safety Certificate and Energy Performance Certificate: Price will be quoted upon request.

Rent Guarantee: Insurance Premium depends on monthly rent and price will be quoted upon request.

 

Deposit Registration Fees:

Protection of the Deposit under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme - £65 Including VAT

 

Arrangement Fee for refurbishment/works over £1,000 - 10% of net costs Including VAT 

  • Arranging access and assessing costs with contractors; 

  • Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works; 

  • Retaining any warranty or guarantee as a result of any works.

 

Abortive Tenancy - £350 Including VAT

If a proposed tenancy is withdrawn by the landlord after agreeing to proceed for any other reason than unsatisfactory references, the landlord agrees to pay this fee as a contribution towards administrative & marketing costs. 

 

Fees are quoted as a % of the annual rent.
