Acting on behalf of landowners of all
types (including national building companies and private
individuals), Jeremy Leaf & Co. have recently sold many
residential development schemes in the local area to builders/developers,
institutional - type buyers as well as to individuals.
Generally, purchasers are not property dealers but active
developers and are therefore likely to pay a more generous
price to property owners in order to secure an opportunity.
Jeremy Leaf & Co are constantly seeking homeowners prepared
to dispose of their property or even perhaps within a joint
venture arrangement to share in any subsequent profits.
In some cases, our fees have been paid by purchasers and
we have often been able to achieve much better than expected
results irrespective of market conditions.
In fact, Jeremy Leaf & Co have been directly involved
in the acquisition or sale of over 100 sites of vacant and/or
under-used land for development, not only in the Finchley
area but also in other parts of North London and Southern
England, with a total value of over £80 million over
the past twelve years or so alone. Current resale values
of the completed homes is estimated at a staggering £160
million! These are figures no other agent locally can even
approach.
Jeremy Leaf and Co. are currently instructed in the sale
of eight developments of brand new houses and flats in our
local area as well as newly converted or refurbished properties
and, as a result of properties in the pipeline, expect to
be marketing over two hundred brand new houses and flats
in the next twelve months or so. In accordance with professional
practice however, if another agent has already been instructed
to act, we can only act as sub-agents should our assistance
be sought.
