To all our Tenants,
We are writing in advance to notify you that our offices will be closed from 1pm on Saturday 23rd December 2023, re-opening at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Please note that as it is the Festive period it is crucial that calls are for emergencies only so as not to incur premium rates.

If you have any EMERGENCIES relating to GAS SMELLS/LEAKS;

CENTRAL HEATING
For any central heating emergencies/leaks which ARE NOT COVERED BY A SERVICE AGREEMENT OR UNDER GUARANTEE** please call: Dave - 07950 542 461 or Imer - 07850 938 337
Please take precautions against freezing pipes by leaving heating on minimum setting if possible or on timer.
** If you are in doubt about whether a service agreement is in place, please contact us for clarification before we close for the Christmas period.
** Please note any charges incurred as a result of not contacting Service Agreement providers for heating and hot water or call-outs for non-emergencies will be chargeable to yourselves.
ELECTRICITY
If you have a power cut/loss of electricity supply;

LOCKS & KEYS
For any emergency issues with locks please contact: Robert - 07901 581 269
Whilst our offices are closed, we would urge you to ensure you leave a set of spare keys to your property with a trusted person who will be available during the period while we are closed, in the event that you are locked out of the premises. Please note if you lock yourself out you will be liable for the cost of the key/lock replacement.
