Solicitors
Finding a good solicitor is an important part of any successful property transaction. You should look for well established companies that specialise in the service that you require. We find that small local firms generally give the best service to their clients. Please ask us if you would like us to recommend a local company.
Estate Agents
When choosing an estate agent you should look for locally based independent companies that have been established long enough to have gained the necessary experience and local knowledge to best advise you. We can personally recommend Peter Barry, an estate agent covering Winchmore Hill and the surrounding areas.
Buying a Property
Having looked through our list of properties for sale and registered your detailsyou may wish to broaden your search by browsing through some property directories covering the local area. The two main directories for the North London area are www.findaproperty.com and www.rightmove.co.uk which as well as listing our own properties list properties from many other local agents. We can also recommend this new property directory which, when launched in early 2007, will list all the main property professionals in North London.
