We are an independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors that has been established for over twenty years. We offer a unique blend of qualifications, experience, local knowledge and the personal touch.

In 1979, our business was established by Jeremy Leaf, originally as an independent Chartered Surveyors and Valuers to carry out inspections of residential and commercial property. Since then our range of services has expanded and we have developed a reputation for exellence in residential sales, new homes and more. The size of the business has also increased and we now employ staff across two branches in North and East Finchley.

Jeremy himself has developed a highly regarded reputation within the professional community. He is currently Chairman of the Residential Faculty of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), representing the views of their 90,000+ members. He is the official Housing Market spokesman for RICS and is regularly quoted on television, the radio and in the national press.
